Realistic boycotting:
I analyzed my Amazon usage for the past three months. The amount I've spent is 1/8 what I used to spend. I say this because a drastic reduction of usage is also effective even if one doesn't boycott 100%. Amazon, Tesla, Target, Walmart, etc. The goal is to reduce purchases.

i don’t know why i thought coming out as trans masc and also as asexual (with some masc attraction) would stop people’s decade-long quest of trying to define me as a lesbian, but apparently not

i really hope there’s a day i feel more comfortable in queer (specifically leather-leaning) bars. it’s so weird being asexual in the kink scene to start with, and then i’m always one of the only femme presenting people there and i feel so misplaced in my own community🥰🥰 love to see it

Today I was asked my opinion on why Foucault was so obsessed with the idea of power (especially in a sexuality context).
I (very excitedly but very chill-y) got to tell him about 1. the link between BDSM and gay culture, and 2. that at least 1/3 of BDSM is an explicit play (and inversion) of power.

I’ve taken down the ToF art I had on my fridge. My current plan going forward is not to support the ToFF directly, but if I come across his art, to support the more denim/construction worker/plumber stuff but happily leave behind the cop/soldier/etc pieces
