We have always practiced shared decision-making in administering vaccines, so this language feels very strange and unnecessary. Also very unsettling to click on the CDC website and see political jargon naming specific political parties as responsible for the shutdown.

Restricting vaccine access to high risk individuals robs those in contact with these patients from the ability to further decrease risk for themselves and patients - especially for families of transplant recipients who we should get vaccinated to decrease risk to immunocompromised family members

Could it be that treatment was beneficial, but not related to targeted therapy for Steno? Presumably respiratory cx were sent because of concern for pneumonia, so they may have been treating something that didn't grow ... To test this theory, could repeat analysis for all antibiotics started
