The Dodgers suffered when the McCourts milked the team for the owners’ profit. They had to file for bankruptcy. As a homegrown fan, I’m quite happy these owners found value in reestablishing the team.

The only issue is enforcing it. Schools don’t have the funds for the equipment needed to lock away phones during school, nor the personnel to police it. You can make a law but you need to help it succeed.
