Took a plane to Marseille this morning on my way to #GLIA2025. Landed in Nice instead because of a wildfire. At least I get to see some gorgeous views of the Côte Bleue from the train to Marseille. Could have been worse, I guess.

There are times when science and art collide. 🧪🎨 I once took these micrographs of astrocytes expressing CaMPARI-GFAP, a calcium indicator for taking snapshots of astrocytic activity.
