Slow cooked onions & garlic melt into the fatty juices of ground lamb seasoned with red pepper flakes, oregano, salt, & pepper then slow cooked with a big ole jar of tomatoes. Simmered this sauce is fantastic over a pasta & it’s always best to top w/ parm, evoo, & a bit of fresh sage.

1. Mash whole pie in a bowl
2. Add white chocolate to the mix and form into balls
3. Freeze for 20-30 min
4. Roll chilled pie bites in melted chocolate (I topped mine with leftover candied pecans)
