Ugggh, think you might be under-crediting the Falcons on this. We are a miserable franchise.

Kind of wild that we just played the two teams a month ago in friendlies. Not the toughest of draws, but no patsies.

We’re not that smart.

Felt like the little engine that could all night, but I knew they never really had a chance.

I don't think the Falcons emphasize enough having the D-line get their hands up in his face. Notice many more batted and tipped balls from other teams against him.

Hitting the post three times in 7 seconds is pretty wild.

Yikes. What a train wreck so far.

GameDay throwing some Patriot League love.

You’re thinking old school pre-climate change. They are also becoming increasingly worried about the middle of summer games at a lot of locations around the country.

Everyone has been killing them for their lack of conversions (which is an issue). I saw that in the Colts game, all eight 3rd downs they failed on were 5 yards to go or longer. That tells me they also have a 1st and 2nd down problem which no one seems to talk about.
November 13, 2025 at 9:36 PM
And we’re still getting gashed in the run game.
November 12, 2025 at 1:00 PM
More teams should try that style.
November 12, 2025 at 12:59 PM
Letting the Colts convert on that 3rd and 21 was brutal.
November 10, 2025 at 12:47 PM
Mina, fascinating analytics question: Should the Falcons have taken a knee once or maybe even twice at the Colts 1 inside two minutes there at the end of regulation? Could’ve minimally used up the Colt’s TO and maybe even more clock? It’s a risk but…

In general, I think teams across all sports make mistakes hanging on to aging stars too long. That clearly wasn't the case here. Braves lost this one.

No wondering needed…

But the O-line isn’t so hot and now mostly injured.

Defense just never arrived at the stadium. Have to give NC State some credit though.

In the words of the great Lee Corso, “Not so fast my friend.”
(And I am not a Dodgers fan.)

Absolutely on target.
