I came to Vieques, PR for a couple hours a few years ago and came back. Playa Caracas (Red Beach) is what I zoomed in on at the end. If you don’t like cold weather. Puerto Rico is a 4 hour flight from PHL. Vieques takes a bit more effort, but worth the trip. Tip well, and be nice.

I got pulled over on Lake Champlain for not having a life vest. A 5 hour drive up and 10 hours to get home. Worth it!
