I really feel like the political pressure on this administration could be easily ramped up by the “impartial” news outlets just not being so eager to repeat DHS statements when they are factually refutable!

Given that the victim was simply filming, I would think that any competent federal judge would see that they were acting outside the scope of their duties. And since they were when they initiated the interaction, everything downstream is not protected by qualified immunity?

Honestly as long as they hold on to JuJu, they’ve done enough in the portal to inspire hope, especially with the OC hire. Seems that he is doing a much better job finding talent than the last guy. It also opens up money for additional recruits

I guess he never explicitly say he’s entering the portal huh lol. But rumors are that his camp is asking 2.5 mil minimum. The timing is the weirdest part… To wait this long into the portal window as a top guy was odd.

2. There's the silly: after being mocked for setting tariffs to trade deficit / exports, the White House retorted that they didn't do that at all – they used this fancy formula.
How convenient that the two fitted parameters, ε=4 and φ=0.25 multiply to 1, leaving...yes, trade deficit / exports.
