My your 40th year on earth be blessed by a return to peace and goodness.

Come on, guys! They can't have a Montreal player win it twice in a row! Bad enough they had to give it to a #Habs player last year.

They needn't bother enacting new visitor restrictions. I don't imagine many people want to willingly go to that Nazi-run country anyway.

I'd like to lock him in a room with a battle-tested female soldier and see who comes out intact.

But WHY? What's the point of it? I think maybe it's a form of mental illness. Otherwise, I can't see the joy in gloating that your bank account has more zeroes than that other guy.

But what do they DO with it all? A human needs shelter, food, water, air to survive. They can enjoy nice clothes, a big house, fine dining, travel and a fancy car. All of that is available to these people without having to own everything in sight.

Junior hockey in Canada is exploitative, making the owners money while the players' education suffers and they're exposed to the toxic junkyard of the culture. Other countries who nurture their young players and offer incentives for higher-level participation will soon produce much better pros.

Thanks! And thanks for writing such joyful, enthralling books!
January 5, 2026 at 6:24 PM
Hi there! I adore your books and my son loves the same kind of content. I'd love to get Digger Unearthed for him, but it's not available in Canada. Where might I find it?

Precisely. It's a trial balloon. He signaled it when he was talking about how terrible wind turbines are, justifying (in his mind) the need for more oil. He'll look to Guyana next, then Cuba. Then Greenland. Then NATO has to respond.

Well, I've learned something new! We never chalked the door at home.
January 5, 2026 at 3:05 PM
Nah. They'll switch to making money from other sources once world demand drops and lowers oil prices, which is already happening. Just like Big Tobacco switched to Big Grocery and started pumping chemicals into food to make people addicted to junk food instead of cigarettes.

Don't forget Pickard!
January 4, 2026 at 10:42 PM
You can do all that, but they don't care. You need to cut off their money supply.
January 4, 2026 at 10:39 PM
The only thing these people understand, respect or love is money. They get that money from the taxpayers. Cut them off.
January 4, 2026 at 10:31 PM
Would it surprise you? At all?
January 4, 2026 at 8:06 PM
Oh, please! "Intervention???" Let's try "lawless invasion of a sovereign nation with the sole express purpose of stealing their natural resources, orchestrated by a perverted lying thief without joy or empathy of any kind." Thanks, America.

Well, Canada has the tech, the minerals and now, the will, to build our own nukes. We don't need many. Just one. And point it judiciously.

Yeah, okay Poilievre, you turd. If you hate socialism so much, give up your tax-payer funded mansion, your giant, unearned federal pension and your free healthcare, move to Alberta and beg Danny Dumpster for a real job.

Is it actually a law, though? I understood it was more of a traditional, courtesy sort of thing. In other words, they could legally prosecute the president if required.
