Why limit it to those groups? This is the omni-effect of social media. That doesn’t mean it isn’t a useful and immediate tool for spreading news and ideas, and debating them but it can be tiresome. And it’s not going anywhere so buck up and pick your poison if you want to contribute

I get your point but it’s not so binary. Surely, there is both a means for a multi-year transition as well as tools to hybridize. We do that already for Medicare
