Allow stuff to actually be repairable- trust me, most of us still don't have the skills to repair it or the patience to try. Instead of laying off staff right and left, you can train staff to develop the skills to repair it...Mini rant over.

I'm not a business expert, and no nothing about margins, volume, and all that. But it seems like they can make less and have profit. Make less new stuff, because we don't need it and don't want it.

Things don't last nearly as long as they used too, because nothing can be repaired anymore. Sure you can try, but it ends up cheaper to replace it.

And we gotta talk about it more. Sometimes there's policies people don't know about it and paperwork that can't be found because we don't want to discuss anything that's death adjacent.
