This is such a good point. Catchy headlines definitely grab attention, but without clear citations or sample sizes, the claims aren’t reliable. It really shows why single studies shouldn’t be used to make broad nutrition recommendations.

I really agree with this. Checking whether a claim comes from peer-reviewed research and whether the study was done on humans versus animals makes such a big difference in how applicable the findings actually are. Great point!
