Unfortunately, it’s a microcosm for the entire thing we’re talking about. A lot of the regulations, over taxation and control of the market affects small producers the most. And they’re the ones that are producing the stuff that people could really benefit from trying. Or at least more choice.

Reminds of selling 3L boxes of cheap white wine while as a somm., studying for my Level 4 diploma in wine and spirits.
