Mvp arguably has the better forehand friendly discs since most are flat on top but who knows.

My wife does cupping it's great for moving stagnant blood and receiving some pain. She has saved my back a few times with it. Never had acupuncture.

Not sure how old i was but I got the treehut base for the ewoks from star wars. Plus a few other star wars themed gifts, I was a happy boy.

It's an activity I get to play with my friends and my wife, nothing more special to me than that. Also getting outdoors with nature is always good.
