I think they will have given money for the building of the cathedral in memory of a relative. I think the cathedral fundraises quite widely as they had a lot to raise? There is an archivist at the cathedral so it might be worth asking him.

Sounds useful but based on decades of experience dealing with paper based records that clearly have been indexed, I can guarantee people won’t either maintain or preserve the file containing the key.

Never use an emoji in a filename.
Avoid file managers that allow them.
