Communication about convenience and health changed my behaviour. It began with exposure through notifications, then gained my attention by highlighting savings and gym progress. Then I learned the benefits of these apps and eventually came to appreciate their value, which led to consistent use.

I would say it is earned media, as I didn't pay for them to promote my event. This comes from a third party, which carries more credibility than advertising, and they most likely decided it was worth promoting the event on their end.
