I've been there. There's only so much you can do to keep it fresh... Within the wishes of the commissioner, too. Honestly, don't worry about it too much. You're bound to repeat stuff. As long as you're not making the same pose and angle every 2 posts, nobody is going to notice.

If the scar is raised, very similar approach: darker stripe goes first. Then lighter color goes to the side where light is coming from, finishing off by you adding a small shadow.

Personally, I use textured brushes of my choice for that. Start with a darker stripe and then put lighter color inside for cleanly healed scars. For larger areas, make the lighter tone inconsistent and spotty as skin heals unevenly. Aka not putting more effort than it is needed to communicate.

В мене не було багато часу для малювання поки ходив на свої заняття у коледж... Невідомо скільки я ще так буду існувати, але сподіваюсь що не довго. Дуже бажаю творити кожен день...
