The highlight of the Eureka Springs Classic Car Show & Shine will be Saturday's parade downtown ending with a reenactment of a 1922 bank robbery. The story of that robbery will be in my book -- and I'll read that chapter at Poetluck at the Writers' Colony at Dairy Hollow on Thursday, September 18.

Chef Caleb at Basecamp on Passion Play Road is a true artist! I finally got a chance to try their (relatively) new dinner menu. The Duroc pork chop was a masterpiece, and my wife said the salmon was among the best she’s had. Obsession like this takes time, but it’s worth the wait.
