It’s not like the arts and humanities don’t make a lot of money for the country. If the government seems obsessed with the white heat of technology it’s because they don’t understand it and think it is sorcery.

The Americans have rather lost their sense of humour but I guess that's understandable. However the guy who thinks Irish are British and that we all love our 'Irish' cousins over the pond might not get many laughs either.
