Sometimes you have to make choices so that work doesn’t take over your life and I wish all the best for your new ventures. I’m so happy I submitted again this year and I’m looking forward to your feedback. Many thanks for all you’ve taught me.

The CNP experience has been amazing for me, both the novel prize last year and the two Summer Schools. I’m sorry to hear you will no longer be running the competitions but I know that you’ve been putting in a Herculean amount of work.

Michael Dibdin wrote police procedurals located in Italy and featuring police officer Aurelio Zen. « Each Aurelio Zen novel took its hero to a different part of Italy, from Zen’s native Venice to Rome, Milan, Naples, Perugia, Tuscany, Sicily, Sardinia and elsewhere.» (New York Times obit 2007)

This is an inspiring story. All the best for the next step. Just goes to show it sometimes pays to take a bird’s eye view

When I look for a film / series, Google often tells me it’s streaming on a given platform but it turns out the film/series has already left. I usually end up wasting so much time looking for something to watch I give up and read a book 😅
