auroreye #15 next to an auroreye mini. The sensor on the bigger cam 16 times the area shooting at around 1/3 the exposure time, so in total about 2.5 stops better SNR for an image, all others things being equal

Shrinking the AurorEye Printed PETG chassis. Using 10mm walls spaced with minimal infill to act as thermal insulator. Battery is above electronics to allow convection of heated air upwards, exiting through ring around lens

Space Wether Timeline Viewer by @eelcodoornbos.bsky.social provides integration with #aurorEye citizen-scioentist operated portable all-sky-camera video hosted on youtube, so you can see the timelapse imagery line up with like magnetometer and other space weather data.
