Do I miss the time when I didn't have physical evidence, save for a few Polaroids, of my youthful stupidity? Sure. When I had hope for my future instead of a grim understanding that I'll likely not see the progress I am going to vote for? Deffo.

Our media was telling us to look heroin chic, that our private data was worth sacrificing for security from terrorists. This is why fashion history is so fascinating to me bc it can't be divorced from the events going on around them

I’m apparently pretty intimidating according to my coworkers - an 8 out of 10 - but like … I’m a big marshmallow? I cry when people dance pretty for fuck’s sake
Then again my face looks like this a lot of the time

a woman is pouring a tea bag into a cup of coffee
Alt: a dark haired woman named April Ludgate stares intimidatingly into the camera as she dips a tea bag in what is assumed to be hot water

That’s how I feel about Revenge. I’m like but this girl MURDERS her rapist and her homicidal married boyfriend in the end, all after she is impaled on a tree & has to cauterize her wound with fire and a beer can!! It’s aspirational!!
