I did read it and my point is this — I’m not mad about the 3 mos AND Id rather spend my energy on fighting for 3 mos for all women vs complaining that this person is trying to get 3 mos for a select group. If they get it, doesn’t it help us push for it too?

A lot of companies offer 3 months maternity leave. Just because some folks make do with less leave doesn’t mean they should. I would support a policy that gave all new mothers access to 3 mos leave
