This little fellow, 5-year-old Liam Conejo Ramos, was taken by ICE & is being held in Dilley, Texas. He is separated from his mother who remains in MN. He was nabbed with his father as they were coming home from Liam's school. ICE could have taken the father & released Liam but didn't.
