I don't think he's smart enough to be leading. I think he's answering to the founders of Project 2025 who are whispering ideas into his ear and he's taking credit for it. I also think he's being led by the nose by the Oligarchs. He's just a figurehead and he doesn't even realize it.

Actually Hegseth is a DEI appointment as he's an alcoholic which is a chronic disease which is considered a disability. And I don't even have to describe why JFK Jr. falls under DEI.
