I applaud the sentiment and the motivation. But is the compatibility of a ministerial statement, or even the ECHR's interim guidance, published late on 25 April, justiciable?

I thought the Equal Treatment Bench Book was surprisingly (?) forward thinking. Good to see it being adopted here.
