My lease is up March 1st and I need more than one bedroom and can’t afford two bedrooms downtown. My rent renewal went up about 8% for this tiny one bedroom.
New place is brand new, I’m first tenant. Rent is cheaper. It’s nicer and hopefully a bit more calmer than downtown. 😃

It takes time to order those signs, which means this was in the works weeks ago. You just can't get signs made within a day of announcement.
