catsincharge.co.uk. Bread maker (generally pretty artisan but tasty!), Somerset Cricket Club and general cricket fanatic, avid reader and mad about cats obviously!
Now I'm thinking my much used and loved slow cooker should have a name ...

I thought that! In our company we always say when we make a mistake, apologise, apologise again, and then do your very best to make it right. Don't think they could have done any more.

I've been moaning at them on FB. Slot is long gone due to a 'system error' and no more slots available on Tuesday. I now have a slot very late on Sunday (hope the driver does not run out of time and give up!).

Have accepted a £10 voucher, will use as a contribution towards my Christmas Baileys. 🥳

Safe travels and fingers crossed that England do somewhat better for you than they have managed so far.

On the day he arrived we had cleared a space for him in the kitchen so that he had his own space to settle in quietly. He had been living wild before the shelter took him in so we thought that would be important. But pretty much the first thing he did was plonk himself on my desk to stop me working!

I'm working but the cat is a regular visitor to my desk. Very prone to sitting on the keyboard, opening a gazillion tabs and the flouncing off when I suggest he moves.

Love him to bits. :D

I just had to take a short walk somewhere, no rain but it's blowing a gale up here in the Blackdown Hills. A day to stay inside for sure!

Lovely to see you posting again, always love to see images of local places.

It's such a shame. He's such a terrific guy.

Perhaps a future in T20 may work for him but I do wonder if he should just call it a day. They have managed him all year just for the Ashes and he has managed one game.

Nooooo .... I watch almost anything but I draw the line at Father Ted!!

My better half often takes no notice at all of what is on the TV apart from all our sport so I get to watch pretty much anything I want without any censorious comments. You will enjoy it. 😀

Not sure about Father Ted though!

Smith instead of Jack Russell, really? 😲

Same here on that one. Was strangely cheering!

I think even if you stay you need your own space somewhere so can just be yourself. Just remember that lots of us are thinking of you and sending you hugs. 🤗

I went through an awful marriage break up years ago. We stayed in the same house together until it was sold and could go our own way. Recall the sense of relief when I got in my car and drove away. For the first time in months I could think straight because I had space to do so. Space is important.

I remember going there many years ago now on a perfect summer's day, it was idyllic. Lovely picture. :)

Excellent news. Would be terrific to see Will secure a place in the Championship side next season.
