Tuning and loosening your fingers before anything else will help prepare your arms to be used properly! Stretch out your arm palm up and gently grab your fingers from below. As you exhale pull them back as far as you can and hold for a few breaths. For the thumb, grab it from below and pull back 👍

❗Stretching isn't effective if you haven't prepared your body to be stretched. You can stretch a stiff body all you want but the only thing you'll be doing is setting yourself up for injury.
Make sure to incorporate Body Tuning BEFORE stretching and working out 💪
