Polanski never said a wealth tax would pay for everything. Meanwhile you say Polanksi proposing a wealth tax is fantasy economics whilst at the same time saying yourself we need to address the shift from taxing work toward wealth. So which is it? Fantasy economics or something we need to do?!

Well you’ve made it clear you don’t like this proposed change. How about a wealth tax? Or bringing back water into public hands?

British voters want their lives to be better. Not that surprising. My point was that alternatives to the status quo are attractive to many voters. Nothing comes easily currently but changes are needed as what we have now isn’t working for many. On lots of fronts.
