Clever. Spelled like that it’s actually some high rise condos for rent or purchase on Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, where my family vacationed every summer when I was a kid. Was a fairly decent place for families with little kids to go to in the 1960s and 70s, but no more.

I love it

Al Capone allegedly (pretty much confirmed) lived here, on the Tree Streets, developed in the late 19th century. My family lived in this neighborhood from the 1950s-1960s before I was born, just blocks from these apartments built in the 1920s.

Ronan Farrow (Mia Farrow's son) came all the way down here and reported about a serial rapist a friend of mine knew, Sean Williams. I should probably be ashamed of this. It depicts the hellscape that is a tiny part of where I live. A documentary is being filmed about this guy who has made history.

I plan to commit myself to joining the effort to fight corruption here in my hometown, Johnson City, TN. a crazy town also known as Little Chicago. Al Capone lived here, In Montrose Court, near where I live, and ran an underground liquor railroad. An American underbelly.

And he whom we will not mention by name will be all presidentier-than-thou not just on Christmas but until the citizens of this country absolutely and forever DEFEAT him this year. Please forgive this shit we have allowed to happen. Not to make excuses, but damn if they haven't dumbed us down.

That is somewhat disturbing. Hahahaha

My stomach and heart hurt for all of you during this festive season. 😢 It’s the little things that bring joy. You should write a letter to Nestle, or someone.

Read that it’s made by Nestle now. Why would they let that happen? I feel for you. 😕

Nobody can stand to be corrected or wrong about anything now, I think, moreso than my own parents’ generation (WWII) and grandparents‘. There can be no experts because that would mean everyone else is stupid and, well, we won’t be having that. 🙄

I agree. That wallpaper is horrid. For years, I thought Rod Stewart was a redneck southerner from the region where I live. I've never liked the sound of his voice or his music. Wake Up Maggie reminds me of a former sister-in-law who loved him and was addicted to pills and 18-yr-old boys.

I’ve never been to an opera before. My brother, niece, and nephew went to their first one recently and said it was also their last. Lol. This one looks like it would be good though. I love her, the book and movie.
