Tonight’s dinner. Tiny pot roast but lots or carrots, potatoes, onions and mushrooms. Beef is so expensive these days that it’s a treat and I think the roasted onions and mushrooms are my favorites anyway. 😀

Tonight’s dinner. No idea what I was going to make so I sliced some chicken breast, breaded and sautéed. Served with rice. Very good! My husband dipped his in sweet chili sauce which was also good. 😀
