But here's the good news: countless booksellers, librarians, journalists, and readers are actively pushing back against intolerance and censorship. Their bravery and commitment fill me with gratitude and hope.

Our greatest tool against censorship is to read widely and loudly. Buy and borrow LGBTQ+ and diverse books to show publishers that our stories matter. Support bookstores that uplift voices rather than silence them.

Just finished @julieleong.bsky.social 's "The Teller of Small Fortunes". A+ cozy low- to no-anxiety fantasy with lovable characters, excellent writing, and a bit of gentle moral philosophy. Fans of Becky Chambers' "A Psalm for the Wild Built" will love this one. Highly recommended. #books

I really enjoyed The Teller of Small Fortunes by @julieleong.bsky.social. I laughed. I cried. It was wonderfully heart warming and find myself missing Tao, Silt, Kina, and especially Mash now that it is over. I highly recommend it for #cozyfantasy fans.
