Teacher Matt Knight of Altadena was told by Safeco they would not renew because of an overhanging limb.
He trimmed it.
Then they said no because of ivy on his walls.
He removed it.
Then the said no because if damaged stucco.
He fixed it.
$30k in repairs later, they still said no.
