Stop calling it deporting, so MAYBE more Americans will get it. "Deporting" is sending someone back, after due process, to the country they came from, where they arrive a free person. This is human trafficking to a foreign torture prison for the rest of their lives. GET THE LANGUAGE RIGHT.

Heard from a colleague that all NRCS staff attending the North American Wildlife/Natural Resources Conference were abruptly ordered to pack up and get next flight home. Considering nonrefundable hotel rooms, registration fees and the cost of flight changes - a huge waste of money!

I am predicting that OPM will decline to shut down offices, no matter how impassible the roads get in next week’s DC snowstorm. That should lead to some “interesting” commutes.
