My cousin died in his early 30s of a rare brain cancer after having been exposed to burn pits in Iraq. If Amy Klobuchar thinks the Republicans are gutting the burn pits program, I believe her. (I don't trust Klobuchar on cloture. She *is* Democratic leadership. I expect her to vote with Schumer.).

Pretty sad that almost all of my reading is work-related. Popcorn with the Pope is a fun one--it is based on a list of "best films" that the Vatican put out in the hopes of having something positive to say about culture. Planning to finish out the year with some non-work stuff. #GoodreadsYearInBooks
