Magic loop is a method for small circumference knitting using a long circular needle. Other methods for small circumference knitting are double points or using 2 circulars. If you already have 32” or longer circs, just google magic loop and try it! There are lots of tutorials out there. Good luck!

What yarn are you using for this? I thought the sweater was so beautiful but found the yarn recommendations confusing—it calls for one strand of fingering weight yarn but the alternatives are either a silk mohair held double with itself or with a worsted weight. Curious to hear what works for you!

I’m knitting my first ever pair of colorwork socks. Even though I’ve knit a lot of socks and a lot of colorwork, I’ve been intimidated to try colorwork socks 🤷‍♀️

Simply Curious socks by Helen Stewart are a great place to start for a classic top-down heel flap sock. If you get more into sock knitting, Summer Lee’s book The Sock Project is fantastic.

I made this for a vegetarian thanksgiving a couple of years ago. I made it harder on myself by making my own pastry (not vegan), but it came out so beautifully. The filling is absolutely delicious and it looks amazing as a centerpiece to the meal!
