Great work out this evening did my regular cardio plus I did my arms and leg exercises as well taking it day by day to get back to swinging things I'm not going to rush into it too quickly...

First time back in the gym in about a week due to being under the weather I'm going to take things slow only thing I did today is cardio I'm going to take it day by day till I get back to the swing of things glad to be back at the gym....
