Racism is like every other form of bigotry. It starts out as an excuse for economic exploitation. But that it becomes culturally generalized and a place for everyone to dump their paranoia.

Hopefully at some point, those idiots who voted for the most recent house resolution will realize that it is capitalism has become the great threat to democracy, even though initially it was a liberating force.

I think of the release of the Epstein files as phase 2 of the me too movement, but this time getting at the pedophilia that sets people up to be compromised by people of power later in life. The next step is to look at incest and other kinds of child abuse that happen in the home./

There are many inherent problems in the state of Israel, but the one that strikes me as most challenging is that it is impossible to have a country that is both a Jewish state and a democracy - that is a state designated to be dominatedby one people and a refuge and guaranteed safe space /
