Without beginning or end, the ring stretches into the infinite.
i'm currently listening to the caretaker and it feels like a portal to 5 years ago when i reached rock bottom for the first time. i remember those times to be the worst in my life. i listened to a few caretaker tracks to calm down which gave me moments of respite. it's nostalgic.

i recently listened to the dead flag blues by gy!be. i try to listen to this type of music only once every few weeks to try and maintain how the song felt during the first listen. as i listened to it, i felt it. the moment "the cowboy..." played, i was reminded why this remains to be in my top 3.

i just recently watched both episodes of indie cross. amazing animation but what i enjoyed the most out of it is seeing people's reactions to the second episode's end credit teaser. it's reminiscent of how people used to react to super smash brothers dlc trailers; it's very entertaining.

out of every fighting jet game simulator that i've played, i still believe that project wingman's final boss was the best.

i just finished the ace combat holy ps2 trinity (ac4, ac5, ac0). my favorite ace combat game remains to be ac0. if i'm motivated enough i might make a video essay glazing these games but don't count on it. i loved playing as mobius, blaze, and cipher (especially cipher. i love ac0).

as much as i talk shit about homestuck, one of the things that i cannot insult is the soundtrack. my god does it elevate the series. listening to it after around half a decade since the last time i've ever consumed homestuck media shoots me in the face with nostalgia.

i just finished ace combat zero: belkan war at 3 am today. i loved the shit out of it. it was as fun as i thought it would be (except for the second to last mission, it made me really mad). but most of all, i get to listen to zero while playing the final mission which felt euphoric.

never have i ever wanted to get into a game series more than ace combat (maybe aside from persona). after project wingman i wanted to see what its parent game is like by checking out the ost.

i listened to zero. it blew me the fuck away.

now im begging for an ac zero remake for me to experience.

i love how this country's school system tries so hard to justify incorporating this one course dedicated to one guy's work to the point where they HAVE to explain why this course exists and why this bill was passed. yes, learning about filipino superman and his writings are imperative to my studies.

i love project wingman so much. it's my first plane simulator/pilot shooty game and it makes me want to play more of the genre.

i just caught up to the dandadan anime. i could gush about the animation but what truly impressed me was the sound. they make use of stereo really well- especially in the first episode where they show it off.

but the real kicker is the william tell overture remix. this show is fucking ridiculous.

i remember when i mentioned that i used to read homestuck in a conversation. right after i mentioned the name they said "IT ALL MAKES SENSE NOW" with such eureka you'd think they found the cure to cancer.

I don’t hate AI as a tool but if you suggest that AI art and music is legitimate then I will think you’re an idiot. I’d love to believe that someone who loves music and doesn’t know how to compose can go in there, fiddle, learn, and come away with something but….i doubt that.

i just found this artist on spotify and they immediately clicked with me- specifically, this song. i don't know what it is but whatever filter they use to kind of muffle the instrumental chorus is a lot like what my brain sounds like.

Reminder that Aaron Swartz was facing 35 years in prison and financial devastation for trying to programmatically download and open the contents of JSTOR, which led to him taking his own life.

But OpenAI is going to scrape all of academia and make billions by plagiarizing it.
