I'm looking in Europe, I'm willing to relocate, to do freelance, and part time if needed. I've been told by countless people that I have a good experience and profile, and that they didn't have any worries about my future in the industry. I wish I could prove them right, because I still have it.

To be completely honest, this is heart wrenching. There is next to no job opportunities for UX Designers right now. The reason I went into video games in the first place was because I love how passionate and welcoming everyone was. I'm going to miss the craft and the community so much.

I'm so glad I chose to come. The two GUXsummits I went to were highlights of my career as it's too easy to get stuck in a day to day production experience. It's great to see that everyone has similar experiences and it helps me moving forward.

I really feel like it's rejuvenating. I have new things I want to try out. Curiosity is very healing and I'm glad.

So to my colleagues and friends here in Antwerp, thank you. We'll be learning together for two days and I hope we can reunite next year under new circumstances.
