And the government makes it extremely clear not to trust a non-government subdomain as a legitimate government entity.
It makes this kinda redundant when a .gov is actually using a .com then they say “oh don’t trust anything that isn’t .gov as a government site”

Like look at this. The Secretary of State using a commercial site to display election data. Like are you the government and isn’t maintaining election data part of your entities responsibility specifically.

Going over recent Proposals in Texas from the State Election in November for Texas Government, and honestly I’d like to think Everyone is a good person and would’ve voted yes on Proposition 14.
