@astronomy.bsky.social Hi. I'm thinking of taking up skywatching and was wondering what would be a good all-rounder telescope to start with. I don't want to get something too expensive (less than £300). It needs to be portable, fairly rugged and maintenance light. Any suggestions kindly appreciated.
