What a difference a day makes.
Yesterday morning scraping ice off the car, this morning so mild that it's back out in short sleeves for my early 5k.
I heard another runner behind me but never saw them - I think they continued along the main road when I turned off. #4amclub

Quite pleased with my 10 miles this morning. Quiet alongside the canal, several runners out on other parts of the route.

I pulled up outside a place with a delivery earlier, just as the fire alarm went off, so had to wait outside.
Seeing some poor bloke come out doing his trousers up made the wait worth while! 😉😂💩

On a different note - I saw this giant inflatable thing atop a building in Nottingham yesterday. Not a static one, it was waving about!
