So you only care enough to vote when your ideal candidate is on the ballot.

That ain’t MN. Where is the snow?

Great reply. Did he get tutored by the men’s wear guy?
February 6, 2026 at 9:57 PM
“I specifically said attention and money” yeah, I know, that’s why I specifically asked you if she was asking for money. You’re muted for being annoyingly cynical and making wrong assumptions.
February 6, 2026 at 9:35 PM
Most of us don’t have the privilege to sit at home and not care if fascism wins. But you have your ideological purity and that’s really all that matters. No, that’s not selfish at all.
February 6, 2026 at 7:40 PM
I’m saying that voting is the LEAST you can do, not the most. your reading comprehension sucks.
February 6, 2026 at 7:37 PM
Don’t worry, we’ll clean up your mess. just stay home until your ideal candidate arrives. Ideological purity is the most important thing, regardless of how many people get sent to concentration camps.
February 6, 2026 at 7:30 PM
Listening to you speak is like watching an outfielder misread a routine fly ball and then make a diving catch to make up for it. They don’t get applauded for the diving catch when they should’ve read the ball correctly to begin with. Sorry, the best time to act was in November 2024.
February 6, 2026 at 7:01 PM
You think you’re so committed to activism, but you didn’t bother to ACT when it actually mattered the most because your ideal candidate wasn’t on the ballot.

There are no sane republicans anymore. Senate democrats need to accept and deal with that fact. Stop expecting them to help or stop this because they appear to like it.

We are having a similar conversation here in Chicago. Our bus stops are 1/8 mile apart and it’s a grind. Anytime someone suggests reducing stops we get reactions just like this.
February 6, 2026 at 5:06 PM
Well Tim Scott can now rest easy. The problem is solved and he can go back to acting like everything is normal.
February 6, 2026 at 5:04 PM
I have this same sentiment as a bicyclist in Chicago. On weekends the streets are practically parking lots full of frustrated drivers and I just glide past them at 12 mph. My wife thinks the source of road rage is the helpless feeling of standing still, but on a bike, there is always a clear path.
February 6, 2026 at 3:16 PM
Im sure the camp prisoners will understand that your ideological purity was more important than their freedom. Pure selfishness. Trump was counting on idiots like you staying home, and you took the bait.
February 6, 2026 at 2:04 PM
So your plan to stop fascism is to let it take power because your ideal candidate wasn’t on the ballot? You’re a privileged jerk… or just an idiot. In a democracy voting is how you stop fascism. Whining and staying at home enables fascism.
February 6, 2026 at 2:01 PM
It’s going to be difficult defeating fascism when you don’t fucking vote.
February 6, 2026 at 4:56 AM
Since you’re dodging the question I’ll assume you didn’t. Voting to keep the fascists out it the bare minimum of activism and you couldn’t even do that. Grow up, my preferred candidate wasn’t on the ballot either, but many people don’t have the privilege of not voting.
February 6, 2026 at 1:28 AM
It was a simple yes or no question.
February 6, 2026 at 1:05 AM
Oh I definitely plan to!
February 6, 2026 at 12:52 AM
This lowers my optimism for the midterms. I guess Americans just like this shitshow.
February 6, 2026 at 12:42 AM
Did you vote in 2024?
February 6, 2026 at 12:29 AM
Is she asking for money?
February 5, 2026 at 8:31 PM
You don’t even know what it is!!
February 5, 2026 at 8:19 PM
Is it a campaign donation? Is it a centrist think tank? No one knows!! You don’t even know what you’re against.
February 5, 2026 at 8:18 PM
Its conditioned on having something to actually respond to. We don’t have much information on what this HQ will be. For the record, I’m not hopeful, but I’ll at least wait until there is something to critique before reaching a conclusion. “It might suck so therefore I’m against it” is not helpful
