Did you make the best decisions available in your games?

I'll miss it.

I actually wish they had done a better job naming a couple of the classes, specifically for better thematic distinction. Mechanically it's fine, but Illusionist and Necromancer should be Summoner. Ninja should be something else. I would say Monk is the closest to what the class does.

And we've been seeing that crossover for a little while now. Aurora played much more like a Ninja than she did a Runeblade. Fang feels more like a Ninja to me than a Warrior. People think Gravy feels like a re-skinned Illusionist. At a certain point it was always going to be inevitable.

There's naturally going to be overlap depending on the fantasy that LSS is trying to display and how that feels to different people. It also doesn't help that the class names often create overlap as well. Ninja and Assassin are *very* close thematically in fantasy, as an example.

This is exactly me. My example: I play Pummel in Verdance.

I mostly have good people (not everyone can be cool and likeable) in my playgroup. It mostly has to do with the intersection point of my gaming interests vs LSS's decision making about the finer details of the game.

If it wouldn't create an uprising within the conferences, having relegation would add to the end of year fun.

Oh, I know what is really going on. But until the NCAA separates the Power 4 from everyone else, this is how it has to be. Honestly, the NCAA should have a subsidiary, name it something different, and have it only manage the Power 4 scheduling/playoffs.

This is the worst take I've seen so far. The reality is the five conference champ auto-bids were designed to insure the selection committee didn't leave out a Central Florida or TCU due to politics. What you're really asking for is to further divide college sports into more divisions.
December 8, 2025 at 5:52 PM
But doesn't everyone in D-I play a D-I schedule by default? They're all D-I teams in D-I conferences. The reality is the automatic bids are to insure that the selection committee doesn't miss another Central Florida or TCU.

Why do you need to know?

I could use him taking a nice long never entering my consciousness again.
December 8, 2025 at 6:53 AM
One of these days I want someone to say "Glory be to us for putting in the hard work and long hours. That's on us. We did that."
December 8, 2025 at 6:52 AM
Not gonna lie, I expected this response *way* earlier from someone.
December 8, 2025 at 4:20 AM
They just assumed, after last week, that the refs wouldn't call a delay of game on them.
December 8, 2025 at 4:18 AM
Oh, I am aware that I will never convince baseball people to get rid of these historical stadia, but it also doesn't mean that I can't explain to people why they should be replaced.
December 7, 2025 at 10:54 PM
Who the hell defends the Fumble Touchback?
December 7, 2025 at 8:32 PM
I'd like to add the Colts to that. We've been screwed *HARD* by officials for two (arguably three) weeks in a row now and I'm just tired of watching it happen. Not to mention all the random freak injuries throughout the year.
December 7, 2025 at 8:28 PM
What ever happen to officials calling forward progress being stopped. Am I just so old that I remember when that was a thing and now it isn't anymore?
December 7, 2025 at 8:24 PM
I just don't like it when a whole bunch of people decide that they don't need to make any effort to support their community like that. I don't like LL, but if that was my local Skirmish/PQ I would at least show up with a deck in case they needed me for the event to fire.
December 7, 2025 at 8:20 PM
I'm surprised no one could find it in themselves to put one blitz deck together just to make sure the event happened. That's pretty sad.
December 7, 2025 at 7:04 PM
There's just no defender in the history of the game, nor in the future of the game, that could defend that catch.
