With that gpu you can do 1080p 144/165hz or 1440p 60hz but you're not gonna get more than 60-80 fps in a lot of recent games with 1440p (depend on the game obviously) so it's what i'll go with in your situation

For your parts it's actually very good in 2024 the ryzen 7 5700x3d Can keep up with big gpu, you can buy a intel b580 for budget 1080p and maybe 1440p if you tweak some settings on last AAA game it's 250$ and really good in RTX or you can buy a 7800xt for good 1440p but not the best in Ray tracing

For the psu check the cheapestc one in America that is AT LEAST C tier on cultist network cultists.network/140/psu-tier...
