Sometimes that group is considered part of the elite as well. They identify a lot of real frustrations the working class is dealing with but instead of blaming them on capitalism they point to the scapegoat and elites. If you want a nice neat list I like Umberto Eco’s Ur- Fascism

There’s so many great murals in Philly but I think this one might be my favorite. I love how big and visible it is so high up in the sky. It gives me something beautiful to look at while I’m stuck in traffic lol
