This looks like exactly what I see from a family member nearly two years into their Dementia diagnosis - inappropriate response, blank stare, slouching, disinterested in what's going on around them. Plus just after the "nap."

I've seen this exact behavior from a family member - blank stare, just standing there slouching, not paying attention to what's going on around them. They're 18 months into assisted living for Dementia. When Trump takes his "nap" during this presser, same thing.
