Tiny Desk concerts yesss some good ones fo sho. They have a Podcast, you listen to Podcasts? If ya like maybe some of the more esoteric science of things (recent story of quantum entanglement helps birds navigate) I think ya may enjoy a good RadioLab they have a Podcast series.

It may be helpful to help explain the cost of these measures with the expected estimated reduction in property damage. Ie if the taxpayers want you will spend $5 chasing $0.05 of savings. The environmental costs that are an unfortunate result of such actions. I.e. why it wasn’t done before?

I think you may want to preface this by stating this will help reduce the destruction, but not going to prevent 80 to 100mph wind fire damage. That’s not going to happen. I think you would want to say this will help prevent a measure of it but of course it comes at a cost $ to the taxpayer.

that’s awesome you wrote the song in dedication. And the fires - that suuuucks. I’m from CA originally and in an area we used to have them often but the scale and devastation this time. We need problem solvers for sure. I think I heard that story on NPR Radio lab too? Similar vibe Apollo 13 ?

Well, kinda in line with that 2025 atmosphere eh? Lol. Hopefully ya self not in a dark spot eh? Being medical field is hard but so admirable giving ppl help, a chance :). They say anything creative even if not some ppls thing is worth it for mental health - I appreciate the journey here! :)
